Our handcrafted artisanal Serrano Honey Vinegar is a 2008 SOFI Silver Award Winner. It is a combination of Sweet, Tart & Spicy and is made from 100% Honey & vine ripened Serrano Peppers.
Amazingly complex, it makes a great addition to Ceviche, Salsa, Bloory Marys & Shrimp dishes. Delicious drizzled over Sliced Tomatoes & fresh Mozzarella cheese. Add to Dressings for Leafy Greens, Potato, Pasta & Rice Salads. Perfect finishing touch to cooked Collard, Turnip or Mustard Greens. Mix with VSOP Wild Rosemary EVOO and marinate a Pork Tenderloin or Chicken before grilling for unbeatable flavor.
Mix with VSOP Denissimo 25YR Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar and toss with Fresh Sliced Strawberries with a grinding of Black Pepper for a delicious dessert. Can be used in place of traditional grape-based vinegars.
