Pale straw with green tinges. A bold and expressive Eden Valley dry Riesling great lime, blood orange and grapefruit aromas. Citrus predominates the flavor profile, while carrying the trademark minerality that Gun Metal is renowned for. Impressive structure and bone dry on the ample palate, but also very clean and polished. This has the kind of depth and clarity we expect from this category. Pristine finish.
