Our delicious Ultra Premium Rose' Balsamic Vinegar has an average density of 1.25 and 3% acidity. Its high density creates a rich, thick consistency. Perfect in Cocktails, Dressings, Marinades or anywhere you would use Balsamic Vinegar.
VSOP's Aged Rose' Balsamic Vinegars are made in Modena, Italy using Ultra Premium grape must from Trebbiano, Albana, Montuni & Lambrusco grapes. The grapes are chosen based on their complexity. There is some contact with the skins of the Lambrusco grapers resulting in a beautiful blush color. The must is slightly caramelized & the vinegar is aged in New wood barrels (which have not been fired on the inside) using the age old Solera Method. The result is a true culinary masterpiece. Enjoy!
