After a nose of dusty raspberry the palate is straightforward and fruity (ripe raspberry and green strawberry), followed by a pleasant, balanced finish. The light frizzante touch makes it the perfect apertivo or companion to salumi, roasted mushrooms, and Taleggio cheese.
