Eden Dale commemorates the original name of the land that is now the Sangiacomo Home Ranch. With roots running deep in Sonoma Valley, Vittorio Sangiacomo first purchased and began farming the historic 56 acre farm in 1927, establishing the Sangiacomo family farmstead for generations to come.
This garnet color Pinot Noir opens with enticing red fruit aromas of cherries jubilee and red plum, with a background of rose petals. The medium-bodied palate is structured with youthful tannins. This lively wine first greets with black cherry, red plum, and dried fig flavors, balanced by a lingering finish with baking spice and salty ocean air.
Pair with Italian favorites, including a simple pasta with fresh tomatoes, wood-fired Margherita pizza, chicken cacciatore with mushrooms, or homemade meatballs.
