Inspired by Bishop's Peak, the iconic mountain overlooking San Luis Obispo. Crafted by women at Talley Vineyards. Sustainably grown on California's Central Coast. A fun, light styled red wine that everyone can enjoy.
100% destemmed, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and small open-top fermenters with hand punch-downs, then aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. Aromas of raspberry, hibiscus tea, blood orange, soft cherry and red currant. Notes of cherry creme, pomegranate, and river stone with a touch of warm spice from the oak aging. Luscious finish with soft tannins. Pairs perfectly with mushroom risotto, Margherita pizza, or roasted poultry like chicken & turkey.
