Inspired by Bishop's Peak, the iconic mountain overlooking San Luis Obispo. Crafted by women at Talley Vineyards. Sustainably grown on California's Central Coast. Fermented in stainless steel for a bright, approachable wine that is made for everyone.
Aromas of pineapple, cantaloupe rind, and macadamia nut lead to flavors of white peach, wet slate and grapefruit zest with a hint of salinity on the finish. Pairs perfectly with fish, seafood, poultry, cheeses, or even with a poke bowl on the beach.
