- Blue Ridge: Rich and tangy, this our fourth annual collaboration project with The Shack and Catbird Sauce Company. We start with fresh tomato and habanero; then add The Shack's sorghum and ghost pepper hot sauce; and season with Catbird's miso and tamari Worcestershire. Vegan.
- Bangkok: Our winter small-batch release is available while supplies last! This fan-favorite is inspired by Southeast Asian cuisine, with red curry, lemongrass, galangal, and fish sauce. Tart and spicy with extra umami, and perfect with a shrimp garnish!
