Zinio is made from Tempranillo grapes selected from our oldest vineyards in Rioja Alta. Aged in French and American oak for 14 months. As a result, a modern and elegant wine with deep garnet color, expressive and well-defined aromas and a notable balance between fruit and fine wood is obtained. Goes well with stews, vegetables, roasts, game, grilled meat and cod. Serve at 62-64 degrees Fahrenheit.
Crushed berry and chocolate character with light spice and vanilla character on the nose and palate. Medium to full body. Firm tannins. Drink now, but a year or two will soften it.
