Our Care Blanco sobre lias is a Mediterranean white Grenache blend, which displays fresh white blossom, apricots and exotic fruits. On the palate, the French Chardonnay influence makes this wine mouth filling and well balanced, perfect for a glass and some tapas, or just alone. When resting both grape varietals with its lees, the wine gets an awesome body and rich finish. It is a wine with a young but mature face.
Estate grown and bottled. Perfect with a mushroom risotto, shellfish and white fish dishes. Serve chilled.
