Ripe aromas of black cherry, mocha and baking spice. Bold tannins frame a powerful mid-palate layered with mouth-filling flavors of black cherry and milk chocolate. Smooth and well balanced.
The owl is the guardian of the vine and myths say it is present when the spirit is set free. Our winemaking style is UNCAGED and offers big, bold flavors that finish with uncommon finesse. This lush and layered Pinot Noir is overflowing with intense aromas of black cherry, vanilla and toasty oak. Smooth with supple tannins, robust flavors of fresh raspberry jam and strawberry are complemented by silky underpinnings of rich mocha and caramel. Jammy and voluminous, rich juicy ripe fruit lingers on through the finish.
