Our Verdicchio is grown in pure sunshine with vines facing the Adriatic Sea and benefitting from the elevation of the Apennine mountains. Bright acidity and tropical notes make this wine approachable and well balanced.
Its name comes from the roses which are planted with the vines to act as sentinels, indicating the health of the vine and removing the need for any unnecessary intervention. Best served chilled and enjoyed with cheese, appetizers, and poultry or seafood.
